Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Information:

Check-in is anytime after 4 pm on your day of arrival, and check-out is before 10 am on your departure day.

We do not host pets, nor do we permit smoking, parties, early check-ins or late check-outs.

 
Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please note our cancellation policy as follows:

  • Cancellation Notice: To be eligible for a full refund, cancellations must be made with at least 4 weeks' notice prior to the scheduled arrival date.

  • Processing Fee: A cancellation processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. We recommend considering travel insurance to mitigate any potential losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Modifications: Should you need to modify your booking dates or details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but cannot guarantee changes can be made without penalty if the request is received less than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival.

 

 

Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

  • The processing fee is non-refundable.
