Cancelation Policy

We are accepting bookings for the

2024 and 2025 season.

​

Cancelations require 3-weeks notice for a full refund, less a 5 % processing fee.

​

The County of Inverness charges a Marketing Levy at the rate of 3% of the cost of your accommodations.

The Marketing Levy applies to all fixed roof accommodations in Inverness County, and we are required to charge this to you at checkout.

​

The Province of Nova Scotia charges a 15% sales tax on the cost of your stay.  The sales tax applies to short term accommodation services in Nova Scotia, and we are required to charge this to you at checkout.
